Description Job Type: Part-Time Hours: 4AM-2PM, Saturday-Sunday Description Columbus Airport Marriott is looking for a Full-Time Associate. Job Summary The Hotel Van Driver is responsible for transporting guests to and from designated locations safely and promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience. This role requires a focus on safety, punctuality, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities and Duties Safely operate the hotel van to transport guests between the hotel and various destinations (e.g., airport, local attractions). Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring it is secured properly. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle, including checking tire pressure, oil levels, and other safety features; report any maintenance needs to the appropriate department. Keep the vehicle clean and presentable both inside and out. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage. Provide information to guests regarding local attractions, hotel services, and other inquiries. Communicate effectively with the front desk or other departments regarding guest pick-up/drop-off times. Patrolling the lot and reporting suspicious activity to the manager. Requirements Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while driving. Ability to assist guests with luggage, including lifting, carrying, and/or moving up to 75 lbs. Must be able to enter and exit the vehicle frequently throughout the shift. Ability to perform routine vehicle checks, including bending, kneeling, and reaching. Education, Experience, and Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Familiarity with the local area is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
