Position Overview Foreman is responsible for leading field operations related to the installation of water, sewer, storm drain, and fire line infrastructure. This role oversees daily crew activities, ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Responsibilities Minimum of three (3) years of work-related experience as a Utility Foreman, specifically in the installation of water, sewer, storm drain main lines, and fire lines. Ability to accurately read plans, interpret elevations, and perform/understand shot elevations. Lead and supervise the crew to safely and efficiently execute assigned work. Demonstrate strong team leadership; assist with training and development and remain accessible to employees for questions or concerns. Qualifications Ability to work safely at all times, follow OSHA guidelines, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Demonstrated reliable attendance, with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to working in a team environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
