In this role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the dispensary floor, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service. $18 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Lead the dispensary floor team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their personal and professional growth goals.
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team to ensure product availability and variety.
• Facilitate team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and foster a collaborative culture among staff members.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading a team in a retail or customer service environment, ensuring a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.
• Ability to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional customer service.
• Proven track record of training, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve their growth goals.
• Strong understanding of company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Ability to collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Experience in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with supply teams to ensure product availability.
